Ormolu and Onyx andiron set. This stunning and complete three piece set consist of two andirons and a central pierced Ormolu fire guard with a Fleur de Lys center flanked by foliate scrolls. The central fire guard is raised on a beaded plinth below a top Rais de Coeur trim. At each end are circular pedestal supports raised by toupie shaped feet. The pedestals display three blocks above the legs accented with a draped design below the Urns of Prosperity. The urns are raised by circular socles decorated by elongated palmettes below the cream colored Onyx body adorned with central Ormolu bands and two rams head handles with rings in their mouths. The urns are finished at the top with a foliate spray and top finial. — Read Less
